DMCA & Copyright Policy

Nature of Our Service

Kevplay sells subscriptions that grant access to streams operated by independent third-party providers. We do not host, store, transcode, cache or broadcast media content on our own infrastructure, and we have no ability to add, remove or modify individual channels within third-party streams.

Our Commitment

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

To file a notice, send the following to contact@kevplay.com:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (channel or source, timestamp, and URL where applicable)
  3. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email
  4. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

These are the elements required of a valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Note to Complainants

Note to complainants: because we do not host content, the appropriate parties for a content takedown are the upstream stream operators or their CDN providers. We will forward valid notices to the relevant upstream providers where possible.

Our Response Procedure

We review notices within 72 hours of receipt and disable access to identified sources where warranted.

Counter-Notification

If you believe access was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@kevplay.com including your contact details, identification of the affected material, and a statement of your good-faith belief that it was disabled in error. We process valid counter-notices submitted to the same address.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts associated with repeated, verified copyright infringement are terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
