Kevplay ("we", "us", "our") is the seller of record for subscriptions purchased on https://kevplay.com. We provide access to IPTV streaming content sourced from third-party providers. We do not host, own, or control the underlying video streams.
You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your country of residence in order to purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Laws governing IPTV and streaming services vary by country. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Service is legal in your country of residence before purchasing. We offer a paid trial (€2) so you can test the Service before committing to a full subscription. By purchasing a full subscription you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to test the Service first.
A paid trial (€2) is offered specifically so you can evaluate the Service before buying. Because that opportunity is provided upfront, full subscriptions are not refundable by default. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis; doing so in one case creates no entitlement in any other. See our Refund Policy.
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, public exhibition, and sharing credentials outside your household are prohibited. Violation results in termination without refund.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kevplay, its owners and operators from any claims, damages, fines, penalties or legal action arising from your use of the Service, including violations of local broadcasting or streaming law, copyright claims tied to your specific use, and third-party claims resulting from your account activity.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including legal consequences you face in your jurisdiction, service interruptions, or changes in content availability.
Channel lineups, content availability and uptime are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Any uptime figure we publish (99.9%) is a target, not a contractual guarantee.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or resale activity, without refund.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the European Union (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the United States (CCPA, DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512). Please raise any dispute with us at contact@kevplay.com first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
