Legal FAQ

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Is IPTV legal?

It depends on your country. Some countries have no restrictions on personal streaming use; others regulate it. It's your responsibility to check your local law before subscribing — we can't advise on every country's regulations.

Do you host the content?

No. We sell access to content sourced from third-party providers. We don't own or store the streams ourselves.

Do you offer refunds?

Not by default. We offer a paid trial (€2) specifically so you can test everything before committing, so subscription purchases aren't refundable as a matter of course. We may still make an exception at our discretion — see the Refund Policy.

What if I open a chargeback instead of contacting you?

Please email contact@kevplay.com first — we resolve most issues directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first result in immediate account suspension and may block future purchases.

What happens to my personal data?

We only collect what's needed to run your account — your email, and payment handled by our processor. We never sell or share your data. You can request deletion anytime at contact@kevplay.com.

Am I responsible if using this in my country isn't allowed?

Yes — you confirm this yourself before purchasing. We aren't able to verify every customer's local law, so responsibility for checking sits with you, and this is stated in our Terms of Service.

How do I get help if something's not working?

Email contact@kevplay.com with your account details. We'll troubleshoot access issues directly — this is a fix-first policy, not an automatic refund.

Can I share or resell my subscription?

No — personal, non-commercial use only, single household. Sharing or reselling results in termination without refund.
